Registration Step Procedure
Step 1: All students who plan to participate in athletics must have a physical examination every other school year. Physical examinations must be performed by a licensed physician, physician's assistant or advanced nurse practitioner. Athletes WILL NOT be allowed to participate without having a physical exam in good standing.
Physical or alternate year forms must be turned in to the high school or middle school offices prior to participating in desired sport.
If you do not need a physical this year, you do need a signed alternate year card. This requires only the athlete and parent signature.
Step 2: Read the Osceola School Athletic Code. Your one-time signature will indicate that you have read and agreed to abide by what is stated in the documents.
Step 3: Go to Activities Registration Above and Fill out and submit the On-line Registration Form (includes all forms in one). Finally, pay your Athletic Fee.
High School - $100.00 per sport (Must be paid before athlete can begin practice, OHS only). There is a $600.00 family max.
Middle School - $50.00 per sport.
Athletic fees are waived for those who qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch (please select "pay later" at the end of your registration).
